Despite one visit that featured bizarre service, I wholehearted recommend Maxwell-Silverman's for its creative cuisine and its historical setting. Guests to this renovated factory building sit surrounded by ancient machinery in a setting of exposed brick walls and wood-beam ceilings. In this demolition-happy town, that's enough to earn my business.
